Franchise Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Franchise Sales Manager to lead franchise acquisition and business expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, managing the complete sales cycle, negotiating commercial terms, and converting qualified prospects into successful franchise partnerships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate potential franchise leads through various channels.
• Handle the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective franchise partners.
• Explain the franchise business model, investment structure, commercial terms, and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise prospects and existing partners.
• Achieve monthly franchise sales and revenue targets.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, onboarding, centre launch, and other franchise-related requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify new locations and expansion opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of potential investors, entrepreneurs, and business partners.
• Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance reports for management.
• Ensure a smooth handover of closed franchise deals to the operations and onboarding teams.

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of experience in Franchise Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, High-Ticket Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in handling high-value sales and closing business deals.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage the sales pipeline and achieve aggressive targets.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, lead conversion, and deal closure.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
• Strong business acumen and commercial understanding.
