• Coordinate with buyers/customers regarding product requirements, specifications, prices, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and maintain order sheets, purchase orders, product details, and other merchandising documents.
• Coordinate with design, sampling, production, quality, sourcing, and logistics teams.
• Follow up on samples, approvals, raw materials, production, and shipment schedules.
• Ensure products are developed and produced according to customer specifications.
• Monitor production progress and identify potential delays or issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for materials and production requirements.
• Track order status and ensure timely delivery.
• Check product quality and coordinate with the quality team to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Monitor costing, margins, and other commercial aspects of assigned orders.
• Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor competitor products, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and quality standards.
