Key Skills & Responsibilities:

✅ Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques

✅ Expertise in food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency

✅ Kitchen inventory management and stock control

✅ Food cost monitoring and control

✅ Portion control and standard recipe adherence

✅ Purchasing coordination and vendor management

✅ Kitchen team handling, staff training, and supervision

✅ Maintaining hygiene, food safety, and kitchen SOPs

✅ Minimising food wastage and ensuring efficient kitchen operations

Candidate Requirements:

• Relevant experience in the respective position.
• Strong technical knowledge of cooking methods and ingredients.
• Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently.
• Good leadership, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Candidates ready to join immediately will be preferred.
