पद का नाम: HR & Sales Manager
विभाग: Human Resources & Sales Department
1. HR Management – मानव संसाधन प्रबंधन
1. कंपनी में कर्मचारियों, रिपोर्टर्स, एंकर, वीडियो एडिटर, कैमरामैन एवं ब्यूरो चीफ की भर्ती करना।
2. नए कर्मचारियों की Joining, Appointment Letter, ID Card एवं Documentation तैयार करना।
3. कर्मचारियों की उपस्थिति, छुट्टियों, सैलरी एवं परफॉर्मेंस का रिकॉर्ड रखना।
4. जिला ब्यूरो एवं रिपोर्टर नेटवर्क का प्रबंधन करना।
5. कर्मचारियों की समस्याओं एवं शिकायतों का समाधान करना।
6. HR Policies एवं कंपनी के अनुशासन को लागू करना।
7. कर्मचारियों की Performance Monitoring एवं Evaluation करना।
8. विभिन्न विभागों के बीच बेहतर समन्वय स्थापित करना।
2. Sales & Business Development – सेल्स एवं बिजनेस डेवलपमेंट
1. न्यूज़ चैनल, OTT प्लेटफॉर्म, डिजिटल मीडिया एवं प्रिंट मीडिया के लिए विज्ञापन प्राप्त करना।
2. सरकारी विभागों, नगर निकायों, कंपनियों, संस्थानों एवं निजी प्रतिष्ठानों से विज्ञापन और बिजनेस लाना।
3. विज्ञापन एजेंसियों एवं कॉर्पोरेट कंपनियों के साथ संपर्क स्थापित करना।
4. स्पॉन्सरशिप, ब्रांड प्रमोशन एवं इवेंट मार्केटिंग के अवसर तलाशना।
5. डिजिटल विज्ञापन, वीडियो प्रमोशन एवं सोशल मीडिया मार्केटिंग की बिक्री करना।
6. नए क्लाइंट बनाना और पुराने क्लाइंट के साथ व्यावसायिक संबंध बनाए रखना।
7. सेल्स टीम का गठन करना और उनकी कार्यप्रणाली की निगरानी करना।
8. मासिक एवं वार्षिक Sales Target निर्धारित करना और उसे पूरा करवाना।
9. विज्ञापन प्रस्ताव (Business Proposal), कोटेशन एवं प्रेजेंटेशन तैयार करवाना।
10. विज्ञापन बुकिंग, भुगतान एवं क्लाइंट फॉलोअप की निगरानी करना।
3. आवश्यक योग्यता (Qualification)
- Graduate होना अनिवार्य।
- MBA (HR / Marketing) को प्राथमिकता।
- HR एवं Sales में अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवार को प्राथमिकता।
- मीडिया, न्यूज़ चैनल, डिजिटल मार्केटिंग एवं विज्ञापन क्षेत्र का ज्ञान।
- अच्छी Communication, Leadership एवं Negotiation Skills।
- कंप्यूटर एवं MS Office की जानकारी।

मुख्य उद्देश्य: कंपनी के मानव संसाधन का बेहतर प्रबंधन करना, योग्य कर्मचारियों की नियुक्ति करना, विज्ञापन एवं बिजनेस नेटवर्क का विस्तार करना और कंपनी की आय एवं व्यावसायिक विकास को बढ़ाना।
