HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, references and other recruitment channels.
• Job Posting: Publish job vacancies on relevant platforms and recruitment portals.
• Resume Screening: Review resumes and shortlist candidates according to client requirements.
• Candidate Calling: Contact candidates, explain job opportunities and conduct initial screening.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate with client HR teams.
• Client Coordination: Understand clients’ hiring requirements, job descriptions, salary budgets and candidate expectations.
• Candidate Follow-ups: Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, selection and joining.
• Database Management: Maintain updated candidate records, resumes and recruitment trackers.
• Salary Negotiation: Coordinate salary discussions between candidates and clients.
• Joining Coordination: Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.
• Target Achievement: Meet assigned recruitment targets and manage multiple vacancies efficiently.
