Location: Jaipur

Experience: 1 –3 Year (Freshers with strong communication skills and experience of Internship may also apply)

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month

About the RoleWe are looking for a young, enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team.

The role will primarily involve recruitment, candidate coordination, employee documentation, onboarding and day-to-day HR activities.

You will get proper training on our recruitment process and internal systems, so prior experience is not mandatory.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHiring for different positions such as Sales, Front Office, Field Sales, Interior Design, Operations and other roles
• Search and screen candidates through job portals and other sources
• Call candidates and coordinate interviews
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment data
• Coordinate joining and onboarding of selected candidates
• Maintain employee documents and HR records
• Support day-to-day HR activities and employee coordination
• Follow company HR processes and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
