Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Human Resources Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/online interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.
• Negotiate salary and discuss job offers with selected candidates.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Ensure recruitment activities are completed within defined timelines.
• Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and basic computer applications.
• Ability to source and screen candidates effectively.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good negotiation and candidate-management abilities.
• Target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience & QualificationExperience: 1–3 years in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred.
• Qualification: Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment may also be considered.
