About the Role:

We are looking for an Inventory Executive to manage stock, material movement, picking, packing, and inventory records. The person should be accurate, organized, and comfortable working with stock data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stock.
  • Pick materials as per dispatch orders.
  • Maintain accurate stock records.
  • Check physical stock and match it with system records.
  • Track stock levels and report shortages or differences.
  • Handle GRN and material entries.
  • Update inventory data in Excel/ERP.
  • Coordinate with the Dispatch and Production teams.
  • Ensure materials are properly stored and easily accessible.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of inventory or warehouse experience.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Experience with stock handling and inventory records.
  • Knowledge of GRN and inward/outward entries.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
