About Us

I-KIT STEAM Lab is an innovative education company working with schools across India to establish world-class STEAM, Robotics, AI, and Innovation Labs. We are looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Junior Accountant who can efficiently manage day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

1. Financial Accounting - Maintain accounts, ledger, books and financial records/entries.

2. Sales & Purchase Accounting - sales invoices, purchase invoices, vendor bills

3. Accounts Receivable (Collections) - Monitor outstanding payments.

5. GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance – prepare document for filing returns

6. Daily Bank & Cash Management

7. Payroll Support and employee reimbursement support

8. Inventory & Stock Accounting - Prepare stock reports, Stock transfers, stock verification, school-wise stock records.

9. School-wise Financial Tracking - school-wise billing records, equipment, books, lab materials, and consumables supplied to schools.

10. MIS & Reporting – Debtors, Creditors, Stock, Cash Flow, Bank Reconciliation, Monthly Expense Report

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Good knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Excellent MS Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).
• Familiarity with accounting software
