About the ProjectWe are looking for a passionate and creative Intern Architect to work on an exclusive heritage property project that blends traditional Indian architecture with modern design. The project will focus on authentic materials such as lime plaster, natural stone, traditional finishes, and heritage architectural elements, integrated with contemporary functionality.

This is an excellent opportunity for a young architect to gain hands-on experience and take ownership of a real-world project from concept to execution.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, designing, and managing the entire heritage property project.
• Develop architectural concepts combining traditional and modern aesthetics.
• Work with materials such as lime, natural stone, and traditional finishes.
• Prepare layouts, working drawings, elevations, and 3D visualizations.
• Coordinate with contractors, craftsmen, vendors, and on-site teams.
• Monitor construction quality, design execution, and project progress.
• Explore traditional architectural techniques and innovative design solutions.
• Ensure the project vision is translated accurately from drawings to on-site execution.
• RequirementsB.Arch graduate or final-year architecture student.
• Freshers and candidates eager to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and/or other design and visualization tools.
• Strong interest in heritage architecture, restoration, materials, and craftsmanship.
• Willingness to work on-site and coordinate with the execution team.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable taking responsibility.
