1. Telecaller / Tele Sales ExecutiveJob Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers and explain loan products.
• Generate leads for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP).
• Understand customer requirements and check basic loan eligibility.
• Follow up with customers and maintain daily calling reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and backend teams for loan processing.

Required Skills: Good communication, basic computer knowledge, and customer-handling skills.

2. Sales Manager – Business LoansJob Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage Business Loan leads.
• Connect with business owners and explain loan options.
• Collect required documents and coordinate with banks/NBFCs.
• Follow up on login, approval, and disbursement.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Required Skills: Sales experience, negotiation, customer relationship management, and knowledge of loan products.

3. Back Office ExecutiveJob Responsibilities:

• Manage loan applications and customer documentation.
• Verify documents and update case status.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and sales executives.
• Maintain Excel sheets, CRM records, and daily reports.
• Follow up on pending documents and loan approvals.

Required Skills: Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, email communication, and attention to detail.
