Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update customer and architect databases
• Create brochures, creatives, advertisements, presentations and other marketing material
• Use ChatGPT / Claude and other AI tools to create content, ideas, captions, campaigns and marketing communication
• Regularly share WhatsApp messages and email campaigns with customers, architects and other contacts
• Generate and solicit new inquiries and leads through various marketing activities
• Forward relevant inquiries to the sales team and coordinate for follow-up
• Support social media and digital marketing activities
• Assist with events, exhibitions, architect engagement and promotional activities
• Coordinate with designers, marketing agencies and other vendors when required
• Maintain basic records and reports of marketing activities
• Handle other day-to-day marketing activities required for the growth of Sigmac

Ideal Candidate

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable using ChatGPT / Claude and AI tools for content creation
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools is preferred
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, Excel/Google Sheets and social media
• Good written English
• Organized, proactive and willing to take responsibility
• Creative mindset with an interest in marketing, design and technology
• Experience in marketing, real estate, interior design, architecture or luxury brands will be an advantage
