Job Description

Ø Follow up on pending merchant requests and issues.

Ø Assist merchants with operational queries and process-related concerns.

Ø Maintain accurate merchant information and transaction-related records, where applicable.

Ø Coordinate with internal departments to resolve merchant issues.

Ø Track merchant performance, activity, and pending requirements.

Ø Coordinate with internal teams and management.

Ø Handle emails, calls, data entry, and follow-ups.

Ø Monitor pending tasks and ensure timely completion.


  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
