Job Description
- Office Cleaning: Daily Jhadu, pocha, dusting of tables, chairs, and computers, and keeping the office clean.
- Pantry Work: Making and serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and office guests.
- Outdoor Errands: Going to the nearby market to buy office supplies or other items needed by the office staff. Going to the Bank to drop cheques or documents and collecting return documents.
- Paperwork Help: Doing basic photocopying, scanning, and moving files from one desk to another.
- Opening/Closing: Coming early to open the office lock, switch on the lights, and lock up safely before leaving.
- ऑफिस की सफाई: रोज़ झाड़ू-पोछा करना, टेबल, कुर्सी और कंप्यूटर की धूल-मिट्टी साफ़ करना और ऑफिस को साफ़-सुथरा रखना।

- पेपरवर्क में मदद: बेसिक फ़ोटोकॉपी और स्कैनिंग करना, और फ़ाइलों को एक डेस्क से दूसरी डेस्क तक पहुँचाना।
- ऑफिस खोलना/बंद करना: ऑफिस का ताला खोलने और लाइटें जलाने के लिए जल्दी आना, और जाने से पहले सुरक्षित रूप से ताला लगाना।
