Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Outlet Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our food retail outlet. The ideal candidate should have strong retail sales and operations skills, basic computer knowledge, and experience in inventory management within the food industry.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Drive sales and achieve outlet revenue targets.
• Manage and supervise outlet staff, including attendance, shifts, and performance.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels and monitor stock movement.
• Handle stock receiving, storage, wastage, and inventory records.
• Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Monitor customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales, stock, and operational reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Required SkillsBasic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.
• Experience in the food industry or food retail operations.
• Strong sales and team-management skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and manage a fast-paced outlet environment.
• Experience & QualificationExperience: 2–5 years in outlet management, retail operations, food retail, QSR, FMCG, or a similar role.
• Qualification: Graduate preferred.
• Candidates with strong experience in food outlet operations may also be considered.
