Job Description
🚀 Hiring: Performance Marketing Expert (Google Ads & Meta Ads)
Company: AdyGuru Agency
Experience: 3–4+ Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Type: Full-Time, On-site
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, PMax, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Scale Sales, D2C, E-commerce & Lead Generation campaigns.
- Improve ROAS, ROI, CPA and conversions.
- Manage ad budgets, audience research, keyword research and A/B testing.
- Monitor GA4, Pixel, conversion tracking and campaign reports.
- Independently manage advertising accounts and deliver measurable results.
Requirements:
- 3–4+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience managing ₹30 lakh–₹1 crore+ cumulative ad spend preferred.
- Strong knowledge of campaign scaling, tracking, analytics and optimization.
- Proven experience in sales and performance marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and ownership of results.
