Salary: ₹5,000 - ₹20,000 per month, depending on working hours, experience and performance

Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and confident Pre-Primary Teachers, Soft Skills Trainers and Fresh Graduates to work as Mind Zym Trainers in Jaipur.

Mind Zym is a child development and brain training program designed to improve children's focus, confidence, memory, concentration, learning habits and overall personality development.

Selected candidates will receive proper training before conducting Mind Zym sessions with children.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct Mind Zym training sessions for children.
• Guide students through different Mind Zym activities and exercises.
• Keep children engaged and motivated during sessions.
• Help students improve focus, confidence, concentration and learning habits.
• Communicate properly with students, parents and school staff.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Follow the training process and session guidelines provided by the company.
• Share basic student progress and feedback with the team.

Preferred Candidate:

About the Role:

This is not a traditional teaching role. The selected candidate will be trained to become a Mind Zym Trainer and conduct structured development activities for children in schools and training centres.
