Process Executive

Position: Call Center Executive (Hindi)

Job Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Job Description: We are looking for energetic and customer-focused professionals who are fluent in Hindi and have excellent communication skills. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, coordinating with customers, transporters, and drivers, and providing timely support to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities·        

. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

·        Communicate with customers, transporters, and drivers in Hindi.

·        Follow up on shipment status, vehicle placement, and dispatch schedules.

·        Coordinate with internal operations and logistics teams.

·        Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.

·        Maintain accurate call logs and daily reports.

·        Update information in company software and cloud-based systems.

·        Coordinate with warehouses, transporters, and clients as required.

·        Maintain customer records and documentation.

·        Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication.

Desired Skills & Qualifications·        

. Graduate in any discipline.

·        1–5 years of experience in a Call Center, Customer Support, BPO, Logistics, or a similar role. (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.)

·        Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi.

·        Basic English reading and writing skills.

·        Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email.

·        Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

·        Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

·        Punctual, responsible, and self-motivated.
