The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, understanding customers' property requirements, explaining available projects, scheduling property visits, and accompanying clients to project sites to generate sales and close deals.

The ideal candidate should have good communication and convincing skills, an interest in real estate sales, and the ability to build relationships with prospective buyers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall potential customers using the database provided by the company.
• Understand customers' requirements, budget, preferred location, and property preferences.
• Explain available properties, projects, pricing, and key features to interested customers.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective buyers.
• Schedule property visits and site inspections for interested clients.
• Accompany customers to property sites and explain project details.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Build strong relationships with potential buyers and guide them through the buying process.
• Follow up with clients after property visits and encourage them to proceed with bookings.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer requirements, follow-ups, and site visits.
