Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, polite & organised Reception/CRM Executive to handle front desk, customer greeting, basic requirement understanding, salesperson coordination, CRM/Google Sheets updates, lead follow-ups, customer feedback and basic office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet & assist showroom customers
  • Understand basic product requirements & connect with the right salesperson
  • Maintain customer/lead entries in CRM
  • Handle WhatsApp/CRM follow-ups
  • Take customer feedback & coordinate complaint resolution
  • Manage Jasba Contractor/Coupon entries
  • Support basic office administration

Skills: Good communication, basic computer/Google Sheets knowledge, polite personality & organised working style.
