Job Responsibilities:

• Handle front desk operations and visitor management
• Attend phone calls and transfer calls professionally
• Maintain visitor records and office registers
• Coordinate with staff and management
• Manage basic office administration work
• Assist security guards in filling joining and documentation forms
• Check and verify whether forms submitted by guards or other staff are properly filled and complete

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.)
• Smart personality and professional behavior
• Attention to detail in document checking and verification
• Experience preferred (Freshers can also apply)

Salary: ₹ 15000 to ₹ 20000 per month (Based on experience)
