Recruitment Executive

• What You’ll DoManage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Collection, Operations, Technology, Product, and other business functions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company hiring criteria.
• Conduct HR screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS reports.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview, offer, and onboarding stages.
• Manage offer rollouts, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Support employer branding and job posting activities across various platforms.

Eligibility & Experience:-

MBA/PGDM from a recognized institute

• 0–2 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources.
• Fresh MBA/PGDM graduates with strong communication skills may also apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Good understanding of recruitment portals such as Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Ability to assess candidates and conduct structured screening interviews.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment trackers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
