Job Description
*Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors/agents.
*identify potential candidates through references, local networking, and market visits.
*rain and motivate advisors to achieve business targets.
*Generate life insurance business through the agency channel.
*Conduct regular field visits and meet prospective customers.
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and advisors.
*Help advisors identify prospective customers and generate leads.
*Explain insurance products, benefits, and suitable solutions to customers.
*Follow up with prospects and convert leads into policies.
*Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
*Maintain regular reporting of sales activities and business performance.
*Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
*Support advisors throughout the sales and policy issuance process.
