Job Title: Cafe Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Cafe Manager to oversee daily cafe operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain food quality and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily cafe operations and staff.
- Supervise kitchen and service teams.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory, stock, and vendor coordination.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor sales, expenses, and daily reports.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (UG degree preferred).
- Previous experience in cafe, restaurant, or hospitality management.
- Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage staff and handle daily operational challenges.
