About PACMONTPACMONT is a packaging manufacturing company based in Surat, Gujarat, specialising in high-quality printed and value-added packaging solutions.

Our capabilities include folding cartons, corrugated packaging and premium packaging solutions, supported by a wide range of printing, coating, foiling, embossing and other value-addition capabilities.

We work closely with our customers not simply as a packaging vendor, but as a packaging partner — helping with structural development, material selection, finishes, cost optimisation, design feasibility and production.

The RoleWe are looking for a responsible, ambitious and highly driven individual based in Jaipur to develop PACMONT’s sales and customer network across Rajasthan.

This is not a desk-based sales role.

The selected candidate will be expected to gradually develop a strong understanding of the packaging industry, PACMONT’s manufacturing capabilities and our customers’ requirements. You will then use that knowledge to identify potential customers, meet decision-makers, understand their packaging requirements and develop long-term business relationships.

The objective is to eventually make you responsible for building and managing PACMONT’s Rajasthan market.

Prior packaging experience is helpful, but not mandatory. We are willing to teach the right person the industry from the ground up.

• What You Will DoDevelop new business for PACMONT across Rajasthan
• Identify manufacturers, brands and businesses that could become potential packaging customers
• Personally visit prospects and customers across the state
• Build relationships with purchase teams, business owners, packaging teams and other decision-makers
• Understand customer products, packaging requirements, current challenges and commercial expectations
• Coordinate with PACMONT’s Surat team to develop quotations, samples, structures and packaging solutions
• Follow up consistently on enquiries, samples, quotations and ongoing opportunities
• Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and active customers
• Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities to increase business
• Gather market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, customer requirements and packaging trends
• Regularly report sales activity, opportunities and customer feedback to management
• Take increasing ownership of PACMONT’s overall business development in Rajasthan

Travel Requirements

Travel is a major part of this role.

The candidate should be comfortable travelling independently and frequently.

In particular:

• Bhilwara will require frequent visits
• Regular travel will be required across Rajasthan depending on customer opportunities
• Regular travel to PACMONT’s manufacturing facility in Surat will be required
• The selected candidate will initially spend approximately 10 days in Surat for hands-on training

During the initial training period, you will spend time understanding our manufacturing process, materials, printing, finishing, costing, quality considerations and how different packaging solutions are developed.

• Able to communicate professionally in Hindi and English
• Based in Jaipur
• Looking for a long-term role with the opportunity to grow along with the business

A background in B2B sales, manufacturing, packaging, printing, textiles, industrial products or related industries would be an advantage, but is not essential.

What We Will Teach YouYou are not expected to know packaging on Day 1.

PACMONT will provide hands-on training covering:

• Different types of packaging and cartons
• Paper and board materials
• Printing processes
• Corrugated packaging
• Foiling, UV, embossing and other value additions
• Packaging structures and development
• Quality considerations
• Packaging costing and commercial considerations
• How to understand a customer’s packaging requirement
• How PACMONT develops solutions and quotations
• How packaging projects move from enquiry to final production

The expectation, however, is that you take the initiative to learn the industry deeply over time.

For the right individual, this means the opportunity to grow from a Sales & Business Development Executive into someone who owns and leads PACMONT’s Rajasthan business, including potentially building and managing a larger local sales network as the territory develops.

We are looking for someone who wants to build a market, not simply manage a list of leads.
