We are looking for a detail-orientated sales executive to support timely material availability, accurate inventory control and smooth coordination with suppliers and internal teams.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to generate leads and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and messages.

• Generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and convert leads into sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and coordinate with customers to close deals.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Customer-orientated attitude with a proactive approach.

• Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.

• Experience in B2B sales or FMCG sales will be an added advantage.

• Good at building professional relationships and handling customer queries.
