About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Intern to join our sales team. The intern will get hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, follow-ups, sales coordination, and business development activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and identify potential leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels.
• Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain company products/services and provide relevant information to clients.
• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper communication.
• Maintain and update lead and customer data in Excel/CRM.
• Assist the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for meetings, demonstrations, and client follow-ups.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Maintain daily sales activity and follow-up reports.
• Support the team in converting leads into customers.
• Learn and follow the company's sales process, policies, and reporting system.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
• Good Hindi and basic-to-good English communication skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• EligibilityStudents pursuing or recently completed graduation in BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, Sales, or any relevant field can apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Candidates with prior sales, telecalling, or business development experience will be preferred.
