Position: Sales Manager
Industry: Textile
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month
Location: C-Scheme / MI Road, Jaipur
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Generate new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Develop sales strategies to increase business and revenue.
- Monitor daily sales activities and prepare sales reports.
- Handle customer inquiries, negotiations and follow-ups.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
- Train and motivate the sales team for better performance.
- Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operations.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the textile industry.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
