🔹 About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Manager to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing dealers/distributors, visiting construction sites, meeting builders and contractors, promoting construction-material products, and achieving sales targets. Candidates with experience in Construction Materials, Building Materials, Tile Adhesives, Cement, Paints, Construction Chemicals, Hardware or related industries will be preferred.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads through field visits, market mapping and direct customer interaction.
• Handling field sales teams’ size of 5-10.
• Visit construction sites, dealers, distributors, builders, contractors and project locations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, contractors, architects and civil engineers.
• Promote and sell company products including Tile Adhesives, Ready-Mix Plaster, Block Jointing Mortar, Grouts, Waterproofing & other Construction Materials.
• Identify new dealers/distributors and project opportunities in Jaipur and nearby markets.
• Generate enquiries and convert them into orders.
• Conduct product presentations and explain product features, applications and benefits to customers.
• Follow up on quotations, enquiries, orders and customer requirements.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes and market activities.
• Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers and generate repeat business.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain daily field-visit, lead and sales reports.
• Coordinate with the internal team for quotation, order processing, delivery and customer support.

✅Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales / Channel Sales.
• Experience in construction/building materials will be highly preferred.
• Candidates from Tile Adhesive, Cement, Paint, Hardware, Waterproofing, Construction Chemicals or related industries are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
• Good knowledge of Jaipur's local construction/building-material market.
• Ability to generate leads and independently handle customer follow-ups.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with extensive field work.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and sales reporting.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required.
