Job Description
Job Role:
Welfog ke potential suppliers/sellers ki leads ko manage karna, unhe onboard karwana, Welfog platform aur seller benefits ke baare mein explain karna, aur unka onboarding complete karwana.
Responsibilities:
- Assigned supplier leads par telecaller se daily calls karwana.
- Welfog ke seller benefits aur onboarding process explain karna.
- Interested suppliers ko onboarding ke liye guide karna.
- Pending suppliers ke regular follow-ups karna.
- Supplier ki onboarding journey ko CRM mein update karna.
- Approved suppliers ko product listing ke liye follow-up karna.
- Daily calls, follow-ups aur onboarding ka report maintain karna.
- Assigned monthly onboarding targets achieve karna.
- Supplier ke questions ko resolve karna ya relevant team ko forward karna.
Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team handling and coordination skills.
- Lead management aur follow-up skills.
- Basic sales and convincing skills.
- CRM/software use karne ki basic knowledge.
- Reporting and data management skills.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Hindi communication required; basic English preferred.
