Key Responsibilities:


- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

- Handle customer queries, concerns, and post-sales support.

- Coordinate with the showroom sales team to enhance the customer experience.

- Follow up with customers to improve retention and repeat business.

- Maintain customer records and ensure timely communication.

- Handle customer inquiries and sales through WhatsApp.

- Support the showroom sales team by engaging with customers and increasing sales opportunities.

- Share product catalogs, images, pricing, and offers with customers.

- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.

- Maintain professional communication and build strong customer relationships.
