Social Media Content Creator & Manager

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and social-media-savvy Content Creator & Manager to take ownership of our content and social media activities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, content creation, social media management, publishing, and performance tracking across our digital platforms. You should understand what makes content engaging, know how to adapt trends to a brand, and be comfortable taking an idea from concept to final post.

You will work closely with the team to build a consistent and engaging social media presence for The Future Skill, covering educational, promotional, brand, community, and skill-focused content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and maintain a monthly and weekly social media content calendar
• Create engaging Reels, posts, Stories, carousels, and other social media content
• Write or coordinate captions, hooks, CTAs, and relevant hashtags
• Shoot and edit short-form video content when required
• Manage regular uploading, scheduling, and publishing
• Monitor social media trends and identify relevant content opportunities
• Maintain consistent brand identity and visual communication
• Track content performance, reach, engagement, and audience response
• Continuously improve content strategy based on performance
• Coordinate with the internal team for campaigns, launches, announcements, and promotional content
• What We’re Looking ForStrong understanding of Instagram and social media content
• Good creative sense and storytelling ability
• Ability to identify trends and turn them into relevant content
• Basic to strong video-editing and graphic-design skills
• Good communication and copywriting skills
• Understanding of hooks, engagement, and social media CTAs
• Ability to plan and execute content independently
• A strong portfolio or examples of previous work will be highly valued
