Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow Jainson Locks Co.’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms.

Coordinate with creative, digital, advertising, PR, and other marketing agencies.

Plan, execute, and monitor performance marketing campaigns across relevant digital platforms.

Track campaign performance, analyse results, and optimize marketing activities to improve ROI.

Create visually appealing content (images, videos, and graphics) using Canva, Photoshop, and Corel Draw.

Optimize social media content for SEO to enhance organic reach and engagement.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build a strong online community.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with promotional campaigns and product launches.

Handle client communication and ensure timely updates & deliverables

Work on catalogue designing, product creatives, and marketing materials

Brief and follow up with designers/agencies for required creatives

Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Requirements:

Strong experience in agency coordination and vendor management.

Minimum 2-5+ years of experience in Marketing, with experience in a managerial or leadership role.

Proven experience in social media management.

Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, and Corel Draw for creating engaging content.

Strong understanding of SEO, SMM, and social media analytics tools.

Good communication & coordination skills

Creative and innovative mindset to design unique and attractive content.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
