Job OverviewSirswa Solutions is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to manage social media platforms, create engaging content and run paid advertising campaigns to generate leads and grow our business.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
• Create posts, reels, stories and promotional content.
• Design social media creatives using Canva.
• Run and manage Facebook & Instagram Ads through Meta Ads Manager.
• Generate quality leads through paid advertising campaigns.
• Research target audiences and develop effective advertising strategies.
• Monitor ad performance, CPL, CTR and conversions.
• Optimize campaigns to improve results and reduce advertising costs.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and conversions.
• Track performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Required SkillsPractical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Social media account management.
• Canva and creative designing.
• Content creation, reels and basic video editing.
• Facebook & Instagram advertising.
• Lead generation and audience targeting.
• Good communication and creative thinking.

ExperienceFreshers with practical skills and experienced candidates can apply. Previous work samples or campaign experience will be an advantage.

Salary₹12,000–₹18,000 per month + performance-based incentives, depending on skills and experience.
