Social Media Specialist

About the Role: We are looking for a Social Media & Growth Manager who can take ownership of social media strategy, paid advertising, creative campaigns and project execution for our clients.

Our primary niche is entertainment, events, nightlife, clubs, music and lifestyle brands, so a genuine interest in music, entertainment and pop culture is important for this role.

This is a hands-on role. You will work directly with our internal team and international clients, manage two team members, develop creative campaigns, run Meta Ads and ensure projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop social media strategies and content calendars for clients
• Generate creative, engaging and potentially viral content ideas, particularly for events, clubs, parties, artists and entertainment brands
• Manage Instagram, Facebook and other relevant social platforms
• Set up, manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations
• Manage and guide a team of two designers/video/content team members
• Assign tasks, set deadlines and review deliverables
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely execution
• Communicate directly with international clients in fluent spoken English
• Understand client requirements and convert them into clear instructions for the team
• Track project progress and proactively identify problems before they become issues
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, creators and platform changes
• Develop campaign ideas around music, events, artists, nightlife and entertainment
• Take ownership of results rather than waiting for instructions

What We're Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or growth marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels and short-form video content
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong creative thinking and ability to generate original campaign ideas
• Genuine interest in music, entertainment, nightlife and pop culture
• Ability to understand what makes an artist, event, club or entertainment brand appealing to its audience
• Experience managing or guiding a small creative/marketing team
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate confidently with international clients
• Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities
• Proactive, independent and accountable

Preferred

• Experience working with US, Australian or other international clients
• Experience in events, nightlife, clubs, entertainment, music or hospitality
• Experience working with artists, DJs, promoters, event companies or entertainment brands
• Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Notion or similar project-management tools
• Experience with Meta Ads reporting and analytics
• Strong understanding of current social media trends and internet culture
