Job Description
- Manage daily inward and outward movement of materials.
- Receive materials and verify quantity, item details, and supporting documents.
- Prepare and maintain inward entries and material records.
- Issue materials against approved requests and maintain proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure physical stock matches system records.
- Regularly monitor stock levels and identify shortages or excess stock.
- Ensure materials are properly labelled, stored, and easily traceable.
- Coordinate with internal departments for material-related requirements.
- Maintain records of damaged, rejected, excess, or obsolete materials.
- Enter and update inventory transactions in software.
- Prepare basic stock reports, inward/outward reports, and inventory statements.
- Support stock audits and internal audits whenever required.
