Job Description

Receive and verify incoming goods.

Check quantity and quality of stock.

Maintain inventory records in Excel or ERP software.

Prepare and verify dispatches against invoices.

Conduct daily and monthly physical stock verification.

Organize products in the warehouse using FIFO/FEFO.

Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch.

Report damaged, expired, or short stock to management.

Keep the warehouse clean and well organized.

Assist during stock audits.
