Store Executive

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-centric Retail Store Executive to join our retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing daily cash register transactions, and executing visual merchandising strategies to maximize sales. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, possesses strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Working Conditions & Shifts

• Store Operating Hours: The store is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
• No Store Closures: The store operates 7 days a week with no weekly closure days (open through weekends and holidays).
• Shift Scheduling: Team members will work on a rotational shift basis (e.g., morning, evening, or full-day shifts) managed via a monthly roster to ensure complete coverage during all operating hours.
• Physical Demands: This role requires standing for extended periods on the sales floor and working flexible hours to match retail peak times.
• 🔨 Key Responsibilities:-
• Customer Service & Sales: Welcoming customers, understanding their needs, providing expert product knowledge, and guiding them through the purchasing process to meet individual and store sales targets.
• Cash Handling & Billing: Operating the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently; accurately processing cash, card, and digital payments, issuing receipts, and managing daily cash drawer reconciliation.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintaining the store’s aesthetic appeal by setting up eye-catching window displays, arranging merchandise according to brand guidelines, and ensuring shelves are constantly replenished and organized.
• Inventory Coordination: Monitoring floor stock levels, assisting with stock counts, unpacking new inventory arrivals, and ensuring items are correctly tagged and security-coded.
• Store Maintenance: Ensuring the sales floor, trial rooms, and billing counters are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Complaint Resolution: Handling customer returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally and tactfully, ensuring a positive resolution in line with company policy.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

Required Experience & Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in Business, Fashion, or Hospitality is a plus).
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, luxury retail, or a customer-facing service role.

• Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Friendly, approachable, and articulate; ability to build instant rapport with diverse customer groups.
• Mathematical & Cash Aptitude: High accuracy in processing payments, calculating discounts, and counting cash floats.

• Tech Literacy: Proficiency with modern retail POS systems, barcode scanners, and inventory management software.
