Job Description
Job Description- Inventory Control- Maintain optimal stock levels, track raw materials and consumables, and conduct regular physical stock audits to minimize discrepancies and material wastage.
Material Movement, Record Keeping ,Safety & Compliance , Coordination ,ERP & Record Keeping
Dispatch- oversees the safe, accurate, and timely shipping of heavy finished goods like from the plant to the customer.
Managed production planning, Dispatch operations, inventory coordination, and on-time
customer deliveries while ensuring efficient PPC and logistics processes.
Dispatch Planning: Plan daily shipment schedules based on factory production and customer orders.
Transport Management: Book trucks or trailers, negotiate freight prices with vendors, and track vehicle movement.
Loading & Safety: Supervise heavy loading, making sure workers use proper stacking, binding, and safety gear.
Paperwork & Compliance: Check that tax invoices, delivery challans, E-way bills,
Stock Control: Work with warehouse teams to match physical metal stock with system records.
Team Leadership: Manage dispatch executives, helpers, and crane operators.
System Updates: Enter data and track inventory using an ERP system like
