Store Keeper (G1)

1) Material Handling and Receipt - Responsible for receiving materials such as steel and diesel from clients on a daily basis.

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of received materials.
• Coordinate with the main execution team for efficient material receipt and storage.

2) Inward Material Receiving and Storage -Manage the receipt of materials from suppliers and inward shipments on a daily basis.

• Ensure accurate recording of received quantities, quality checks, and proper storage.
• Collaborate with the main execution team to maintain inventory accuracy and availability.

3)Outward Material Dispatch -Responsible for dispatching materials to designated locations as per requirements.

• Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams for timely and accurate material deliveries.
• Maintain records of outgoing shipments and ensure proper documentation.

4)Requesting Materials from Head Office (HO) -Weekly responsibility to request necessary materials from the Head Office.

• Ensure timely communication of material requirements and follow-up on requests.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams for efficient material procurement.

5)Return Steel Scrap -Monthly responsibility to coordinate the return of steel scrap as per schedule.

• Ensure compliance with return procedures, documentation, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with recycling or disposal partners for proper handling of scrap materials.

6)Materials Reconciliation -Monthly responsibility to reconcile materials in the store, verifying inventory accuracy.

• Conduct physical counts, compare with system records, and identify any discrepancies.
• Generate reconciliation reports and propose corrective actions as needed.

7) Planning and Checking -Grade-1 employees are responsible for executing planned actions related to material handling and inventory management.

• They ensure adherence to established protocols, quality standards, and safety procedures during all tasks.

8)Main Execution Oversight -Grade-1 employees oversee that all tasks related to material handling and inventory management are primarily executed by the main execution team.

• They monitor alternative execution only as needed and ensure it aligns with organizational guidelines and requirements
