Job Description
Supervise and manage security guards at assigned sites.
Ensure proper deployment, attendance and discipline of security personnel.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain security standards.
Coordinate with clients and security guards regarding daily operations.
Monitor shift timings, duty rosters and guard replacements.
Handle security-related incidents and prepare reports when required.
Ensure guards follow company rules, site instructions and safety procedures.
Previous experience in the Armed Forces/Defence Services is preferred.
Good communication and leadership skills required.
Willingness to travel/visit assigned sites as required.
