Job Description
हमें ऐसे व्यक्ति की आवश्यकता है जिसे Tally में Billing का अच्छा ज्ञान हो और जो Billing के साथ-साथ ग्राहकों से प्रभावी रूप से बातचीत एवं Customer Interaction संभाल सके।
- आवश्यक योग्यताएँTally / TallyPrime का अच्छा कार्यसाधक ज्ञान होना अनिवार्य है।
- Tally में Billing / Sales Invoice बनाने का व्यावहारिक अनुभव होना चाहिए।
- ग्राहक से फोन पर एवं आमने-सामने अच्छी एवं प्रभावी बातचीत करने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए।
- ग्राहकों की आवश्यकताओं, ऑर्डर, बिलिंग एवं अन्य सामान्य प्रश्नों को समझकर उचित तरीके से जवाब देने में सक्षम होना चाहिए।
- हिंदी भाषा में अच्छी Communication Skills आवश्यक हैं।
- Basic English Communication का ज्ञान होना वांछनीय है।
- व्यक्तित्व मिलनसार एवं आत्मविश्वासपूर्ण होना चाहिए।
- MS Excel का सामान्य ज्ञान होना चाहिए।
- कार्य में सटीकता एवं जिम्मेदारी के साथ काम करने की क्षमता हो।
- एक साथ विभिन्न कार्यों को संभालने तथा आवश्यक Follow-up करने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए।
