Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L1/L2 technical support to customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and ticketing tools
  • Understand customer issues related to ERP / Accounting / HRMS / Payroll / CRM / API integrations and provide timely solutions
  • Log, track, and resolve support tickets within defined SLA timelines
  • Perform basic SQL queries for data validation, issue analysis, and reporting (where required)
  • Coordinate with development and implementation teams for complex technical issues
  • Assist customers during implementation, configuration, and user onboarding
  • Prepare and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and user guides
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction
