Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Call customers to confirm orders, appointments, and service requirements.
  • Coordinate with customers and the service/delivery team for timely execution.
  • Provide customers with updates regarding delivery or service status.
  • Schedule and confirm delivery/service appointments.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and basic complaints professionally.
  • Follow up with customers after service delivery to confirm satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delivery or service-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer calls, appointments, and service status.
  • Make follow-up calls to ensure pending services are completed on time.
  • Escalate major customer issues to the concerned senior/team leader.
  • Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful communication style at all times.
