Job Description
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company services, products, and offers clearly to customers.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Schedule meetings or appointments with potential clients.
Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
Update customer information and call status in Excel/CRM.
Coordinate with the sales and business development team.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
