Telecaller / Customer Support Executive की आवश्यकता है।
काम की जिम्मेदारियाँ: • ग्राहकों से फोन पर बात करना और उनकी जानकारी देना।
• प्राप्त Leads पर Follow-up करना।
• ग्राहकों की Queries को समझकर उचित जानकारी देना।
• WhatsApp और फोन पर Customer से Communication करना।
• Order और Customer Details को सही तरीके से संभालना।
योग्यता: • 12वीं पास उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
• Fresher और Experienced दोनों Apply कर सकते हैं।
• Hindi में अच्छी Communication होनी चाहिए।
• Basic English की जानकारी हो तो अच्छा है।
• Smartphone और WhatsApp चलाना आना चाहिए।
Salary: Fresher के लिए ₹10,000–₹12,000 प्रति माह। Experienced उम्मीदवार की Salary Experience और Interview के आधार पर तय की जाएगी।
