Telecalling & Telesales Executive

📍 Bangalore | 🏢 Work From Office

💼 Experience: 0–2 Years | 📅 Monday–Saturday

We’re hiring a Telecalling & Telesales Executive to handle outbound calls, follow-ups, customer queries, lead generation, and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and generate leads
  • Explain products/services and offers
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
  • Handle customer queries professionally
  • Maintain call, lead, and sales records in Excel/CRM
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 0–2 years in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Customer Support
  • Good Hindi & English communication
  • Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
  • Freshers with good communication skills can apply
