Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain loan products.
  • Handle inbound inquiries regarding personal loans, business loans, home loans, etc.
  • Generate leads and convert them into successful loan applications.
  • Maintain a database of customers and update call records.
  • Follow up with interested customers regarding documentation and process.
  • Coordinate with the sales and processing team for loan approvals.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to convince and handle customers politely
  • Basic knowledge of loan products and financial service
