Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities through calls, connecting with potential customers, promoting company products, and converting leads into sales.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to handle customer queries and maintain strong client relationships.

• Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate new business leads.
• Handle inbound sales inquiries and understand customer requirements.
• Introduce and promote company products to prospective customers.
• Identify potential clients and convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Follow up with interested prospects and existing customers regularly.
• Explain product features, applications, pricing, and benefits to customers.
• Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up details.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales team for order processing.
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers to generate repeat business.
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Fluency in Hindi and English; good English communication will be preferred.
• Strong negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and computer operations.
• Ability to handle outbound calls and achieve sales targets.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented approach.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with B2B telesales or industrial sales experience will be preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, chemicals, adhesives, or industrial products will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with a proven track record of lead conversion and business generation are preferred.
