Job Description
Generate new leads through telecalling, WhatsApp, social media, references and field visits.
Contact potential customers and understand their furniture/interior requirements.
Make regular outbound calls and follow up with existing and new leads.
Explain company products, furniture designs, specifications, pricing and services to customers.
Arrange customer meetings and site visits whenever required.
Coordinate with the design team for measurements, designs and quotations.
Prepare and share quotations with customers and follow up until order confirmation.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers regarding quotation, order, payment and delivery.
Convert enquiries/leads into confirmed orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper records of leads, calls, customer requirements and follow-up status.
